1. Where can I exchange my e-voucher?

The e-voucher in your wallet needs to be exchanged prior to boarding. Please allow time to do this, we recommend at least 1 hour.

Tickets can be picked up at Quick-Trak kiosks or ticket offices located at all major Amtrak stations- just use your credit card to activate the kiosk and enter your reservation number as listed on your e-ticket. YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL NOT BE CHARGED. The Quick-Trak Kiosk will print your tickets.

2. Will you need ID to exchange your e-vouchers?

If your trip involves an International border crossing, you must carry with you proof of citizenship, and proof of identity.

Amtrak requires passengers to carry a passport at all times as proof of identity.

3. What are the differences in classes?

Business Class Features:

  • Comfortable headrests and footrests, Fold-down tray tables, Overhead reading lights, Overhead luggage racks.

First Class Features:

  • Spacious seating configurations,Complimentary meals and beverages (hot breakfast, lunch and dinner selections), At-seat standard AC electrical outlets, movable arm- and footrests, At-seat attendant service.
