From Kings Cross station take the 2 hr journey to York.

This medieval city in Central England is definitely worth the visit. There is plenty to see and do here including Castle Howard, the JORVIK viking centre, spend a day at the races or see the worlds largest authentic former WWii Bomber command station open to the public, at the York Air Museum.

York - Manchester

If you want world class hospitality and awesome bars then Manchester is the place to be. It is widely known around Britain as a contemporary metropolis with both great art and culture on offer. Plenty of festivals, sporting events, shopping, theatres and awesome dining can be had year round in the buzzing city.

With a direct service you can be in Birmingham in 1 1/2 hrs.

Birmingham

The vibrant city of Birmingham in located in the heart of England. There is plenty to do including superb shopping, theatre, live music, sport or just enjoying the wonderful history and heritage that can be explored throughout the city.

Just over 1 1/2 hours with a change in Bristol trains run almost every 30 mins on weekdays.

Bath

The Georgian city of Bath is a must on everyone's itinerary. Visit the ancient Roman Baths and Temple complex (although you won't be swimming!), see a snapshot of one of Britains most famous authors, Jane Austens, life. Bath Abbey is one of the last great medieval churches of England to still remain and worship services are still held here throughout the week.

The best rail pass for this package is the 8 days Consecutive BritRail England Youth Pass in 2nd class $309pp. As reservations are not compulsory these costs are not included in the total package price above. If you do wish to purchase these they are approx $24pp per train. Please note there will also be a $12 pass issuance fee charged in addition to the Full package price above.
