With the barcode printout/ticket, there are no queues or delays, simply head for the train station and you are in London before you know it. It couldn't be simpler.

Purchased a return Heathrow Express ticket. Getting to London was great but the overhead rail lines had problems and weren't working for my return trip so I had to get a taxi to the airport which meant the return half of the ticket was not used! Expensive price for a single journey but not Railplus fault - trains simply were not running when I needed to get to the airport.
