As we had an early morning landing at Heathrow; the site of our name on a board with a friendly face to transport us to our flat was much appreciated. It meant that we didn't have to explain where we were going to a taxi driver, nor battle commuters during Monday morning peak hour on the underground.

Was picked up at Heathrow Airport and delivered safely to our Hotel. Only 1 thing needs improving: - there are so many drivers holding signs up, it is easy to miss our driver. Perhaps you should make a designated point for pickup or something that stands out more than the rest. Would recommend to anyone.

airport transfer a disaster - rude driver - late arriving at airport and very careless driver. Eurostar - fantastic - reliable and efficient.
