







Spend the day in the city seeing the sites Rome has to offer. Visit the Colosseum, ride the local buses and visit Vatican City, the Spanish Steps, St Peters Basilica, the Pantheon and Trevi Fountain. But remember to line up early if you want to get into the Vatican otherwise you would be best to join a Tour Group so you can avoid the massive queues.
A high speed train journey that takes you through the Italian Countryside, North to the Island of Venice. Travel on the Italian Eurostar Train at high speeds through Italy.
The Station is situated within an easy walking distance to the local canal boats or cross the bridge to the main tourist area of Venice. Stroll the small streets and alleyways admiring the cobblestone streets and gondoliers that sing as the row past you down the canals. See St Marks Basilica and the Doges Palace whilst wandering through the miriad of passageways winding around this unique city.
A journey that takes you through the famous Verona where you could make a stop to visit Romeo and Juliets Balcony then continue on to Milan.
Milan, the Fashion capital. Here you can visit many of the worlds most famous shops and designers. But if fashion isn't your thing don't despair because there are plenty of other things to see and do in this city. Visit all the major museums and monuments, including Duomo, Castello Sforzesco, Royal Palace and La Scala Theatre.
There are different types of trains you can travel on for this journey including both Regional train which do not require a seat supplement and those train that are a little faster and do require a seat supplement. Whatever choice you make the scenery along the Cinque Terre coastline is well worth the trip. You will Travel south again, through the centre of Italy then hugging the coastline down to Pisa.
Visit the Leaning tower then continue on to Florence for the night.
Trains run every 30-60 mins throughout the day and most only carry one class of seating on board so you can sit whereever you like.
Florence is a city of art. Cathedrals, museums, galleries are just some of the amazing places on offer in this charming city. Visit the Cathedral, Santa Croce, San Marco, Piazzale Michaelangelo and so much more! Naples is the gateway to Southern Italy.
Take a short train trip to Pompeii or buy an extra ticket and travel to the Amalfi coast as short 1hour train trip away from the Centre of Naples. The Amalfi coast is part of a privately owned line within Italy and cannot be pre-purchased from Australia, nor is it included on any rail pass. You may now choose to fly out of Naples or alternatively travel back by train, 2hours to Rome then continue your European journey.
